Silvia! I love focus on body love. Love love love.

Human design on top of astrology is just the bees knees for figuring or making some sense and meaning in this world we live in. And perhaps help to make the world more clear through our own eyes.

Sending love,

Rae

This was beautiful and, though I'm not a generator, I related to a lot of it. I'm glad you're feeling better. I look forward to checking out some of the resources you shared.

I love your Moonthly musings, Silvia. Reading about someone else's journey of self-discovery is always encouraging to keep going on your own. I've only recently found out about HD and that I'm a Projector. I was talking to this woman who guessed that and suggested I look it up, and she was right! I would like to look into this more deeply. I'm a huge advocate of self-care too. It all comes from there. As a single parent, I feel it's more important than ever, and I want to model that to my daughter too. For me too, it's about getting still and quiet and from that place asking myself what I need (usually involves tea, book, blanket and silence!). I lose all intentionality when I'm tired. And THEN you mentioned my What This Week posts at the end of the newsletter! Thank you so much. You have been such a supportive presence as I've started my Substack journey and I really appreciate that share. So despite our conversation on the pointlessness of the like button, I've pressed it anyway today! Thank you x

Thank you for such a wonderful reflection, Claire. Asking yourself what you need is such a beautiful practice. Crazy how often we don't ask that from ourselves. And then we wonder why we're out of whack. Our bodies are so smart if only we learned to ask questions and listen. And thank you for the heart! ;) I'd be curious to hear more about your thoughts around your HD.
