I received a book today - “21 Ways to Read a Tarot Card.” I heard about it from a trusted companion on this journey of self-illumination. As I sat down to do my daily wild pull, I struggled to connect with the card in front of me - Ace of Swords.
So I opened the book on a random page and received the chapter called “Embodiment”. In it, the author Mary K. Greer invites the querent to physically embody what can be seen on the card.
As I turned my hand into a fist and felt the heaviness of the sword, the word BALANCE spoke through me.
“That’s it! Balancing! Balance!”
The call of the wild is the call of the elements.
Which one is out of balance if you don’t feel like being seen?
Too much water. Emotional overload.
Not enough fire. Suffocating your creativity.
Too much air. Mental blockage.
Not enough earth. Head in the clouds.
Balance!
Do you know where you’ve been out of balance lately?
